Location was good; we were only 10 minutes from the Cleveland Zoo. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast included was fine; typical "eggs" and turkey sausage patties, but at least there was a wide variety of choices (drinks, oatmeal bar, waffle maker) and a nice dining area. The pool was small but clean (I had two little ones with me). BUT: the staff was SO NICE!!!! I mean, everyone we had contact with was so nice to the kids and seemed genuinely so. Thanks for a good experience!

Pamela was the first point of contact with this hotel before arriving. The highest level of customer service was given. The second point was with Samantha awesome assistance and again great customer service. The third contact was with DeAndre. He was the icing on the cake for one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. DeAndre was courteous from our point of entrance until we ended our stay. Then finally Pamela thanked us while we were really thanking her for a great time due to the great hospitality we received. We will return without hesitation. Thank you again for a WONDERFUL hotel stay.

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to nearby running trails. There is a quarter-mile outdoor gravel track behind the hotel, the Big Creek Parkway trail about a half-mile away and a very good fitness center with three treadmills at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quite nice and the complimentary breakfast and afternoon beverage were much appreciated. My wife also took advantage of the indoor pool.

First of all the hotel staff are amazing. From the desk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The desk accommodated 2 rooms next to each other and the breakfast staff made my son a waffle when it wasn't an option. The rooms are clean and spacious and the fitness center is well equipped. There is a nice small pool for the kids to play in as well. The hotel is right off the highway and close to Cleveland. The staff are the highlight of this hotel!

Best stay in Cleveland! The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! Will definitely recommend this hotel to any who are staying in Cleveland but don’t necessarily stay downtown. 5 minute drive to a shopping center, with good variety of food around. 10 minutes away from all downtown activities. 10/10 experience
